As a Assistant RM, you will be expected to provides administrative and client service support to RMs and responding to all client's enquiries and assist to resolve all request within shortest timeframe. In this position, you will also be required to maintain client's data, status of credit reviews/renewals, etc.
Additionally, you will also be handling administrative duties include scheduling appointments, preparing correspondences, making travel arrangements, arranging meetings and receptions, producing presentation materials.
The ideal incumbent should be someone who is willing to go the extra mile for clients and with strong willingness to learn and complete all task given and provide help/support to other team members and clients.
skills and experience required
At least 3+ years of relevant experience in Private Banking (South Asia Market)
Possess CACS Paper 1 and 2 certifications
Products and services include bonds, equities, derivatives, fund management products
Strong communication skills and willing to learn attitude
