For example, we are looking for people who can:
– understand fund manager investment strategies – produce reports and presentations for external clients – prepare material for internal management and committee meetings, and – analyze infrastructure investment portfolios to create fund investment reports
Your team You'll work in the Client Services team in New York City. We offer investors direct exposure to infrastructure equity and debt investments through fund solutions and separate, bespoke accounts. Our team forms part of the global Client Services group of the Real Estate & Private Markets business area of UBS Asset Management.
Client Services – analyze portfolio-level data, ensuring accuracy and integrity – be a key part of the client reporting and presentation process – assist the new business submission process; i.e. Request for Proposal (RFP's) – update marketing materials and create literature for new funds under development – distribute material to our global clients and consultants
Your experience and skills You have: – a university degree – some experience in a client services capacity ideally at an asset manager / financial institution – strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure things out) – use of Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint and Excel to at least an intermediate level – proficient writing skills and strong quantitative comprehension of data and financial concepts
You are: – an excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal skills – have a strong attention to detail – known for your can-do attitude when tackling daily tasks – proactive in coming up with ideas and can take a view and come to a decision – intellectually curious and willing to "get into the weeds" in order to develop deeper understanding and conclusions – a flexible, resilient team player with a positive attitude
