Our client is an international private bank with a strong global presence. They can provide an interesting role scope with excellent longer term career prospects.
This is a role that will provide good scope and opportunity for you as it sits within the APAC COO division. You will play a pivotal role within the business integration team that focuses on executing high quality change management programs to support end users in the front office. Within business change management you will be responsible for the communication, execution and control of training strategies and plan ensuring you provide the early support to BAU outlined in the change management roadmap. Aligned closely with the business, you will interact with various levels of stakeholders to help deliver a dynamic change management agenda across the business.
To be considered you will ideally have a change management background as well as some prior training experience. Critically you will need to have worked in a bank so you understand the front to back operation flow ( private banking strongly preferred ). You will need to be able to learn complex topics quickly so that you can train others on the same topic. This function is dynamic, collaborative and will need you to be a strong communicator to deliver and roll out projects smoothly as well as managing and influencing stakeholders successfully. There is a second role available at AVP level so applications welcome for both levels.
