Sales Support o Drafting responses to client requests, sourcing materials whenever possible o Meeting support: preparing materials, producing minutes and follow-up o CRM system team expert o Keeping the sales team up-to-date with competitor and relevant market information o Developing product expertise o Working closely with the Client Service Team to provide all information gathered during the prospecting stage to assist with a successful client onboarding o Understand key product metrics, such as fund structure, fees, rebate policy o Building relationships with investment teams o Liaising with the Performance Team for the production of non-standard performance reports
Marketing Support o Navigating the intranet and content management system to source standard marketing materials, Firm and strategy information o Low level customisation of presentations, organising compliance sign-off for the relevant jurisdiction, and printing o Liaising with the Marketing Team for more complex documents o Liaising with the Events Team to plan and manage events and roadshows o Working with the RFP Team to coordinate RFPs and RFIs. Draft RFPs and RFIs when requested. Monitor third party mandate alert services for relevant searches.
Must be fluent in French
Fluency in other languages would be desirable, ideally Arabic
Demonstrable Investment Management industry or Financial Services experience, preferably in Sales, Sales Support, Marketing or Client Services
A highly motivated team player who is intellectually curious with excellent interpersonal skills, a keenness to learn and an ability to deliver work product to a high standard
Additional qualifications (or currently studying) IMC or CFA would be desirable but not essential
Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills
Strong numeracy, and familiarity with financial concepts
