About The Role Your role as the Financial Planner Associate is to build the ANZ Financial Planning business by developing productive relationships with customers and apply business knowledge and wealth protection strategies in order to help meet customers' financial goals, calling in your Mentoring Planner/specialists where required . You will be part of the Advice Delivery team and improve the quality of advice provided to consumers and protect our brand and reputation in the market. You are to build strong relationships within our ANZ networks and b e an advocate and role model for the ANZ Financial Planning business in your ANZ local market and the wider business community.
You will be an advocate and role model for ANZ Financial Planning in your ANZ local market and the wider business community and adhere to ANZ credit policies and procedures, if advising on gearing solutions.
About you To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Completion of ADFP or equivalent
RG 146 compliant for providing retail financial products advice
Eligible to hold a Practicing Certificate under the appropriate Australian Financial Services Licence
Attain and maintain the 5 ASIC core competencies for providing advice to customers (Advisory - Generic and Financial Planning, Managed Investments, Superannuation, Risk and Insurance)
Demonstrated sales prospecting skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets/results, ideally gained within the financial services industry
Strong networking and client management skills
