Major Accountabilities/Principal Responsibilities:
Proactively support Front department that request to process a credit request, while maintaining independent and objective credit opinions
Responsible for centralizing necessary credit information and agreements to deliver a clear-cut credit application on a requested deal
Responsible for determining/proposing internal obligor rating with preparation of a credit analysis paper for a Japanese corporate client, based on a thorough understanding of specific as well as industrial backgrounds
Monitoring of credit risk exposure and limit of counterparties at a group level
Key Skill Areas & Knowledge Required:
Basic credit analysis skills of corporations
Basic knowledge of financial accounting
Basic knowledge of financial products (loan, guarantee, derivative products etc)
PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good command of English
Fluent in Japanese, able to read disclosure financial statements in Japanese
Preferably working experience as a credit analyst in charge of Japanese corporate customers
