The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for formulating, executing and reviewing of monthly Citi-At-Work (CAW) offers/themes, having a direct impact on the number of roadshows CAW can acquire. The BDM will do this by liaising with internal partners for negotiation of CAW offers and working with external partners to onboard vendors whom will partake in our roadshows. The BDM will also be responsible for preparation of communications that the RMs/BAMs will send out to the CAW companies.
Bachelor's degree in business preferred
Proven ability to work with internal and external business partners
Demonstrated history of successful sales experience in Banking or Financial Services experience preferred but not required
Process/project management and relationship building skills
Ability to motivate and influence others
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Strong organizational skills
