Lead a team of product managers in the development and implementation of product and marketing propositions to drive delivery of predetermined sales, performance and business objectives
Responsible for product programs for Bancassurance including product and process management.
Work closely with in-country and local franchise distribution teams to develop and implement strategies to help increase awareness and customer knowledge on important financial planning and risk management needs of our customer in areas of basic protection, wealth accumulation, retirement, legacy planning, etc
Liaise with internal teams to develop quarterly calendar of marketing activities including campaigns, seminars, digital, ATL, BTL etc for sales acquisition and engagement of customers for all channels
Responsible for marketing life insurance business which includes:
Conceptualization to development to go-to-market product
Research for market intelligence (products intelligence, competitors intelligence, customer intelligence) to support the key propositions and communicate to the platform
Developing new value proposition for segments and needs of Citibank Global Consumer Client base including Retail Bank, Mortgages, Citibusiness, Citi Wealth Advisors
Partnering with segments and marketing to work out business development plans in line with the value proposition
Seek change by monitoring industry/competitor trends and identify best practices, benchmarking and enhancements
Manage both internal and external stakeholders such as Legal, compliance, PCG, sales Compliance, AIA, region teams etc to ensure product, technology infrastructure and operational processes are able to support a continuously growing Bancassurance business
Deliver product governance and control such as partners' due diligence, master product program review, business agreements and service level agreements
A minimum of 10 years experience in consumer banking, insurance or financial services or relevant consulting organizations supporting the financial service industry
Good knowledge of life insurance
Technical working knowledge of insurance and investment sales through online and alternative channels
Good organizational and project management skills
Excellent communications and strong interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively across the organization
Ability to execute and deliver against business goals consistently driving profitability and contribution to revenue achievement
Takes ownership and accountability in executing a strategy that positively transforms the business and drives operational excellence and increased revenues
