We are offering you the chance to join the Identity and Access Management team as a Senior Team member for Audit and Compliance
You would have the opportunity to define and communicate the product vision and strategic positioning in alignment with the Credit Suisse business / IT strategy and according to the regulatory and industry standards
The responsibility to engage with Business Partners regularly to re-assess and re-prioritize audit and regulatory requirements along the product/component lifecycle
Interaction with delivery projects aligned with product/component roadmaps and ensure regulatory requirements are addressed will be a part of your remit
You the undertaking to act as an escalation manager for Audit and Compliance related topics professionally including the task to monitor risk associated with regions/units; ensure that all audit/control points are addressed
Responsibility for customer and support vendor relationship management, e.g. to assess regulatory/audit related issues and risks and to handle and control audit and compliance risks in the Identity and Access Management and to champion the delivery of risk mitigating features to the business
Act as a Point of Contact for Identity and Access Management services with regards to Audit & Compliance asks
Build a tight-knit collaboration with bank-wide partners, e.g. SOX, Internal Audit, and Enterprise Architecture to ensure compliant security products in a holistic view of the reference architecture
Lead the risk, audit and regulatory portfolio across all IAM services.
Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences or related field would be preferred
At least 5+ years of professional experience in similar Product Manager position, Service Manager role, Platform Manager or as Business Analyst
We are requiring a strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management Solutions including Architectures and Processes
A bold track record of IT guidelines, delivery processes, standards, costs and operating models
Experience with state of the art product capabilities (usability, documentation, availability, etc.) to deliver elite features to our partners
Excellent business management skills, including the ability to communicate with senior leaders
Strong leadership skills with the know-how on how promote collaboration and communication / information sharing Vendor management/networking skills
Global and strategic mindset with the experience to lead and coordinate regional and global teams and workgroups
Client orientation with strong mediation and facilitation skills
Financial analysis, cost determination and investment planning experience
Experienced working in matrix organization influence without direct authority
Language skills required: Fluency in English is required
