The Candidate Profile:
·Experience of working within the Financial Sector with a minimum of 3 years' experience, ideally within Private Banking or with Independent Financial Advisors ·You enjoy working in a challenging, fast paced environment and look for the opportunity to excel in all aspects of your role ·Take personal pride in delivering high quality service to internal and external clients ·Good communication skills: being able to build effective relationships and adapt communication style to the counterparty, always in a professional manner ·Ability to listen to other opinions as well as being confident of your own and find balanced solutions ·Be able and willing to look beyond the obvious and seek alternative solutions ·Ability to work independently while keen to work as part of a team and assist colleagues ·Willing to make the extra effort as required ·Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering regulations ·Fluency in Norwegian and English, any other European Language is an asset
