Meraki Talent's client is currently seeking a career-minded individual to join their Investment Consulting business within the specialist Investment Communication team. The firm is an instantly recognisable as one of the world's leading employer brands. Their clients include governments, sovereign wealth funds, financial institutions, Private Equity & Hedge Funds as well as various types of Asset Owners.
Within the Investment Communication team, they provide advisory services to Private Equity and Hedge Funds on fund raising and early to medium term investor relations. They help clients take their product to market effectively and efficiently and produce the marketing materials required in order to support the sales effort. The firm use their expertise and in-depth knowledge of investor requirements and behaviour to ensure their client raise as much capital as possible from their target client base. They will also utilise their contacts within the institutional investor market to provide a platform for clients to raise funds.
As a Manager within this team you will be producing pitch books, fund documentation, fund prospectuses and investment content on behalf of clients for a range of funds with different strategies which supports their marketing efforts. If you are a more experienced IR professional you may be involved in pitches with clients and meeting with their potential clients also. It is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a PE or Hedge Fund or Placement Agent to operate on a consultancy basis whilst working for one of the world's largest and most respected consultancy firms.

The role requires the ability to produce fund prospectuses and fund documentation so strong competence with PowerPoint is required. Knowledge of the fund raising process and different investment strategies is required and the ability to work well with clients is essential.
