Job Purpose (Job Summary):
Provide high quality service and handle instructions / enquiries from pension scheme members, retail fund investors received via telephone, fax, emails and other means.
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
Work with other members of Investor Services to ensure overall service standards are met
Respond to inquiries and issues from pension members / retail clients via telephone and written correspondence (incl. emails, faxes and letters)
Handle face-to-face meetings with pension members / retail clients
Handle transaction requests from pension scheme members
Follow-up with pension members / retail clients on inquiries, outstanding issues, etc.
Assist Sales Team to complete the retail fund review and questionnaire
Make appropriate recommendations for continuous workflow improvements
Participate in ad hoc projects assigned by management from time to time
Work Experience / Knowledge:
Preferably 2 years of customer service experience in the financial industry
Acquired PASS in the MPF Intermediaries Examinations or willingness to obtain within 30 days
SFC registration or willingness to obtain within 90 days
Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required:
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese (Putonghua is highly preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills, customer oriented.
Formal Education: (minimum requirement to perform job duties)
University degree, preferably under Finance or Business disciplines
