– lead a team of sourcers, managing team performance through effective leadership and direction including planning and delivery of team meetings, regular coaching sessions and 1:1 sessions – find the best candidates and maintain pipelines for key roles within our Corporate Center function, working in collaboration with the onsite recruiters to provide a seamless hiring manager and candidate experience – collaborate with colleagues across HR, working closely with the head for Sourcing for Poland to deliver the strategic plan – drive a culture of continuous improvement delivered through regular problem solving sessions with the team and identify opportunities for process improvement
Your team :
You'll be working as part of the Global Sourcing team based in Poland. We're problem solvers for hiring managers and recruiters, making them happy by getting the right candidates. We draw on our sourcing network worldwide to identify, select and on-board the best talent using new technology, channels and improved processes.
Your experience and skills :
You have: – experience in recruiting for positions in Technology (application & infrastructure delivery) and /or Risk. Financial Services knowhow is a plus – a track record as a sourcer/ researcher using innovative technics to reach passive candidates – experience in a management role like this (would be an asset)
You are: – an effective negotiator and communicator (you know how to handle challenging situations) – comfortable with data analysis, able to interpret statistics, recognize trends and present market data – passionate about the client experience, with strong interpersonal skills
