The target is to focus on Latam clients, however the flexibility of the bank will allow you to book your clients from other regions and keep the ownership.
What will you benefit from:
Your fix salary will depend directly on your experience, the provided Business Plan and your ability to build and expand a client network. Salary range: 120K – 175K
Commission - % on NNA when ROA is above 0,6%
Being fullyindependent and autonomous, you will travel to meet your clients in the targeted regions as much as needed

Responsible for building, developing and retaining your own portfolio of clients
Enhancing technical knowledge and promoting the excellent brand of the financial institution
Serve at best your clients with all means necessary to ensure their satisfaction

Vigorous marketing and selling skills
You have a significant and firm expertise in Private Banking / Wealth Management.
You are ambitious and result-oriented
A proven record of accomplishment of acquiring and developing new clients
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Managed a sizeable portfolio of LatAm clients in your current (or previous) position
Extensive and detailed product knowledge
