This varied position includes providing local sales support, client servicing and supporting the marketing team with local events in the Benelux region when requested. In addition, the successful applicant will get involved with Market Analysis, Product Analysis, Business Analysis, Marketing events and Client databases and Client requests.
This individual will be responsible for co-ordinating sales support activities and client servicing in the Benelux market, working closely with local sales, EMEA Client Service team and Marketing to support local client and sales initiatives. The role is an integral part of the sales process and offers a lot of variety. Other activities include: providing customers with first class knowledge, attendance at external events on a local and regional basis, managing proprietary and 3rd party events throughout the year, ownership of account opening and associated processes (DDQ's etc), handling client queries and requests, develop and maintain competitor and market research material and oversight of Fund literature distribution.
This will be working as the no.2 to the Head of Benelux for all EMEA Sales and requires someone with in-depth knowledge of the asset mangement industry and local regulations, good knowledge of investment products, strong customer service focus and ideally marketing experience in an international asset management business.
