Our client, a prestigious global investment bank is looking to hire a senior / lead front office application support analyst.
You willl lead the mission critical front office application support team providing support directly by interfacing with business users as well as providing application and technical support to wide range of front office systems including trade capture, order entry, OMS, confirmation for various asset classes including Equities / FX / Bonds . You will be working with developers also for any problems relating to bug-fixing, release and change.
Min 10 yrs of experience with min 3 yrs in lead role providing application support either in private banking / investment banking
Able to face off to business users / stakeholders
Good knowledge with various asset classes
Good knowledge of RDBMS such as Oracle / Sql server
Knowledge of trade flow from front to back office
Proven leadership ability
Excellent communication skills
Experience in ITIL is a plus
