About The Role As the Business Support Manager, you will be responsible in establishing and running the Identity & Trust function. Your primary focus is to drive the operating rhythm for the Identity & Trust team. Likewise, you will be managing a diverse range of administrative functions; and your knowledge will be vital for the business unit's functional area and services. You are to have working knowledge of general bank policies, programs, procedures and financial/accounting practices is highly beneficial.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Co-ordination of senior leadership meetings
General ad-hoc requests as needed for executive level meetings, business presentations, resource space planning
Executive travel, projects, facilities, OH&S and business continuity
About you To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Demonstrable combined experience in the areas of business support, project management, meeting and event management, business control function
Proactive planning and great attention to detail
Demonstrates flexibility to adjust to changing demands and acts as a self-starter
Ability to work in team-oriented environment with strong aptitude for problem solving
Strong communication skills which includes written, verbal, presentation and meeting facilitation
Proficient user of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SharePoint
