We are currently looking for a Finance Controller in the Trading Fee Controlling Group for our Budapest office
The Budapest Trading Fees Controlling group is seeking to fill a Controller position that requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical, technical and communication skills. The successful candidate will be involved in various aspects of the Trading Fee controlling processes: registering agent bank invoices in Morgan Stanley systems, reconciling invoices against payments, identifying gaps between invoices and tariffs, analyzing expense trends to look for saving opportunities and communicating with Agents and Finance teams.
Register Agent Bank invoices to Morgan Stanley systems
Maintain fee verification system
Reconcile invoices to payments
Interact with internal controllers, operations and Agent Banks to resolve any invoice related issues
Analyze expense trends, spot and investigate variances
Support Business Units and Finance, Operations teams with detailed and structured expense analysis skills required
At least 1 year of relevant work experience in finance/accounting
Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work in a team environment
