The ROO acts as a deputy and trusted advisor to the RMD and is responsible for multiple client related activities and facilitating the sales process by removing obstacles which could impact our client's ability to sell and further grow in the region. Your KPI will be the satisfaction of almost 500 clients across APAC.
You are a dynamic, entrepreneur minded, client focused professional with combined 15-20 years' experience across software sales, services/delivery, project management, client after care. Asia/APAC work experience and comfort with culture a must, you need to be welcome by Chinese and International clients alike. You are structured, methodical, used to working with methodologies. You are an internal ambassador able to navigate between sales, pre-sales, business development, services, delivery, finance within the APAC organization and at ease in operating across a globally complex matrix structure. Although this is an individual role, since you represent the MD for the region and you are his voice, you can assume that you have the whole region to "manage" sensitively and get them to work towards same goal: Client satisfaction and profitability

1. FSI/Banking Industry
3. Account Managemnt and Client Retention
