Work on strategic initiatives and projects with CEO
Be point of contact for our PR and digital marketing providers
Help build the ML brand by managing the strategic plan defined by the Board
Manage calendar, salesforce and pipeline for CEO
Assist with sales effort by organising recurring meetings with key network, building new business proposals and responding to detailed RFI's
Administration duties including booking travel and expense management for London senior management team
Liaise with key clients to arrange updates and ongoing relationship managementStay informed about financial markets in order to spot trends, look for new opportunities
A minimum of 2 years' professional experience although exceptional graduates will also be considered
1st or 2.1 University degree having preferably specialised in business, economics or finance from a redbrick university
Sound knowledge of financial markets, ideally with a hedge fund or a traditional fund management firm
Solid computer skills – Salesforce, or similar CRM system, Microsoft Office suite
Excellent organisational skills – an ability to prioritise multiple tasks concurrently
Able to follow precise instructions and methods - excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
