Assist to update on the compliance related policies, guidelines, procedure, handbooks, forms, reports, rules and regulations, in order to comply with company and regulatory requirement and well communicated the up-to-date policy/guidelines to agency
Identify new regulatory changes affecting distribution operation, advise on relevant impact and implement relevant compliance requirement
Draft regulatory correspondence
Assist to conduct investigations into complaints about alleged misconduct and the violation of relevant regulations against agents and distributors. Recommend appropriate disciplinary actions, prepare investigation reports and recommend follow up action to ensure compliance
Coordinate the agency disciplinary process and guidelines
Draft compliance communication and training material
Participate in compliance related project to ensure latest regulatory related issues are handled in alignment with regulator's existing and new requirement
Degree in Law, Finance or Business related disciplines
Minimum 3 years of experience in legal and/or compliance field in insurance, pension industry or financial services sector
Sound knowledge of insurance regulatory requirements is a must
Experience in customer service or complaint or compliance area is preferred
Sound knowledge on project management, process design and change management
Self-initiated, analytical-minded and able to handle multi-tasks under tight schedule.
Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
Innovative and receptive to changes
Fluency in English and Cantonese, ability to read and write in professional Chinese and English, and ability to speak Mandarin would be an advantage
