A challenging and diverse role as Senior Credit Analyst in Credit Risk Management International Wealth Management within the International Locations management team based in Zurich
Hands-on support in the analysis and structuring of lombard credits (standard and structured) booked in the Bahamas and other Latin American booking locations, and responsibility to ensure that transactions correspond to the risk appetite of the bank
Opportunity to make credit decisions or prepare requests for credit decisions by a higher approval level
Work closely with Credit Risk Management colleagues in the Latin American booking locations and other stakeholders in order to monitor the portfolio, identify risk increases and initiation of appropriate measures to minimize risk
Support other Credit Risk Management teams worldwide in the analysis of transactions related to Latin American clients
Possibility to act as CRM interface for senior stakeholders from Business Area Latin America and support the sustainable growth of the loan book
Opportunity to ensure risk analysis for credit transactions from other international locations, consisting of standard and structured lombard loans, commercial and residential mortgages and derivatives
Work closely with the CRM IWM international locations staff based in Zurich to support their efforts in projects and transactions
University degree or equivalent, preferably in Economics or Finance
CFA, CAIA or similar designation preferable
Minimum 5 years working experience in corporate- or securities backed lending
Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese, additional language skills incl. German are an advantage
Good analytical skills, excellent communicator; hands-on mentality and ability to work independently and systematically
Be confident in taking project ownership and being persistent
