About the Role As an Associate Director-Quant Developer, you will be working as part of the Sky Quant team and will be based in Singapore. This requires cross asset products knowledge in order to implement pricing and risk quantitative analytics for the desks at ANZ Markets. It also requires understanding of the risk framework and understanding of FRTB and other regulatory requirements. In this role, you will work with trading desks to maximise revenue targets and support the delivery of the key quantitative and analytics aspects of the business unit strategy. About you To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following –
Strong Quant background and extensive knowledge of the relevant markets.
Extensive knowledge of products, pricing, risk, and other regulatory framework / requirements on business front and distributed systems, grid computing, multi-tier architecture and design
Understanding of the XVA framework (CVA/FVA/RWA) and other aspects of counterparty credit risk management
Demonstrated ANZ leadership competencies including ability to manage change, deliver results, exercise sound judgement, broaden perspective, build relationships, and develop self and others.
Strong stakeholder management in a Front Office environment
Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
