This role is responsible for the end-to-end development and management of General Insurance products with focus on OCBC and non-OCBC customers through traditional face-to-face/ non-face -to-face / digital channels across insurers.
Manage General Insurance products from conceptualisation to market.
Understand the General Insurance (GI) needs of the all segments of customers and develop/customise relevant products and services for them by collaborating closely with product suppliers/partners and multi-functional team.
Responsible for the GI product development cycle from conceptualisation to development to go-to-market.
Manage the GI bancassurance product range for the various consumer segments with focus on deploying the best outreach through on-going business review and product intelligence.
Responsible for end-to-end product launch activities to ensure timely and successful rollout; including working with multi-functional stakeholders on sales training, marketing communications campaigns, promotions, etc.
Manage both internal and external stakeholders to ensure technology infrastructure and operational processes are able to support the intent to grow aggressively in this space.
Possess university degree and 2-3 years' of work experience in retail bank
Must be able to work independently
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good team player with strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task
Ability to build strong partnerships with internal business partners and inter-department associates
Experience in business analysis, business requirement specification, flow charting, user acceptance testing
Strong problem-solving abilities to resolve issues and drive improvement initiatives
Experience in training and project management will be an advantage
Proficient in MS Office software such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint
