Check docs ISDA, submit ISDA request, follow up
Check HKPI, HKTR, DF, UMR, EMIR & MIFID checks.
PC tracking, mapping, manual upload and investigate missing PC in Compass - Due to multiple trade books and traders, several steps required in addition to sales responsibilities to ensure proper EV booking to accounts and sales people
Trade bookings and trade related admin issues
Help book trades for Sales in Sierra/Altair when necessary, Dodd Frank regulations and reporting requires quick actionable deal booking
Help allocate/split trades and correct or amend trades for Sales (Bulk transactions, allocations into multiple funds)
Add credit code/credit margin booking in Altair
Investigate trade discrepancies with back office and client's fo/mo/bo
Run daily reports - Option expiry, NDF expiry, Thb expiry, onshore funding reports (need maintain and update macro files)
Able to price/quote/execute FX/FX FWD/ FX SWAP/ NDF/ Options for internal accounts some smaller external clients. Able to communicate with clients in a professional manner.
Pro-active with IT on new systems to provide feedback and ways to improve our daily roles.
Assist on manual tracking of equity prime brokerage FX transactional flows with custodian bank to ensure proof of FX is valid adhering to onshore FX regulations, and process transactional flows
As current technology does not support some of the corporate GTS payments work flow, manual entries of up to 50 tickets a day on average need to be booked
Assist sales management on revenue and budget reports and solve errors with Compass
Take on ad hoc projects to improve daily routine and team efficiency
