About the Client Services Executive (12 month contract) Role:
You will be responsible for assisting the various divisions and the different sales offices across the APAC region.
Support the business development division primarily through the production of PowerPoint presentations, from content input to final sign-off, delivery to clients and subsequent filing
Complete the requests for proposals / information and due diligence questionnaires from clients within the agreed deadlines
Support the marketing division primarily through the design, layout and update of the marketing literature / content such as sales brochures, placemats, articles, white papers etc
To succeed in the Client Services Executive (12 month contract) job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and cooperatively with the internal stakeholders as well as possess at least three years' experience in a similar role.
Great understanding of various asset classes, including fixed income, equity and multi-asset
Excellent command of PowerPoint and Excel (graphs, Pivot table, formulas etc)
Prior Bloomberg experience, including updating and creating presentations for multiple audiences
Attention to detail and meticulous
Service oriented, client focused, strong analytical skills and proactive with an ability to build positive relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
