Advise on a range of investment products and co-coordinate closely with business team, experience in SFC authorized fund, UCITs fund, MPFA approved pooled investment fund and private fund is a plus.
Draft, review constitutive and offer documents and related agreements, liaise with regulators and service providers.
Draft, review, comment and negotiate various types of legal documents for such as fund set up documents, investment management agreements, ISDA, distribution agreements, service providers' mandates, place agreements, subscription agreement, confidentiality agreements, joint venture agreement, trademark and other intellectual property licenses, etc.
Advise on corporate projects
Provide ad hoc legal research and advice
Degree holder in Law discipline
Hong Kong qualified lawyer
Solid knowledge and experience in SFC authorized and unauthorized funds
Knowledge and experience in PRC corporate projects and fund related work
Minimum 5 PQE years of fund experience gained in asset management organizations, financial institutions or law firms
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Teamwork oriented with good presentation skills
Proficient in written & spoken English & Chinese (including Putonghua)
Ability to read simplified Chinese characters
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Immediate Available or with short notice is highly preferred.
