Prepares sales presentations for the Sales Head / Sales Executives' client meetings. This requires working closely with the Sales, Products / Capital Markets and Marketing teams to ensure high level of quality and consistency
Provides sales administrative support to the Sales Executives, including sending information to clients after meetings
Maintains client distribution lists, and send out market / product updates on a regular or ad hoc basis
Works with the Marketing team to support the Sales Head and Sales Executives' attendance at conferences and events; Work with office administrator to arrange logistics for Sales' business travels
Ensures that the Client Relationship Management database is fully up to date and accurate
Conducts market research to gather business insights
Translates sales presentation / RFP from English to Chinese (Traditional Chinese Characters) and vice versa, as required
Participates in projects and performs other related duties as assigned
Undergraduate degree required
Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin); High proficiency in reading and
writing Traditional Chinese is required
Minimum of two years general experience. 1 year+ experience in asset management sales support role and understanding of products and services to clients would be advantageous
Familiar with the overall financial industry would be a great advantage
In depth knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills
Strong client focus and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task with a can-do attitude; A self-motivated team player, with a collaborative mindset
Travel may be required
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment
