The Customer Data Analytics Manager is responsible for the application of advanced techniques to the Generali customer base, with the objective of extracting valuable insight on customer behavior and using it to define appropriate business actions. The goal of the Customer Data Analytics Manager is to help Generali Italia to become more and more customer centric. The final objective of such a delivery Unit will be the improvement of the customer engagement, loyalty and lifetime value.
Analyze and develop key insights around Generali Italia customers data-lake
Improve Generali Italia customer data-lake with additional external sources
Apply advanced clustering methodologies across all Generali Business lines
Develop and implement Customer Lifetime Value formulas
Propose and implement new data and methodologies for exploiting additional insights
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: Must have
3+ years of experience in Customer Insight analysis outside the insurance industry (preferably in the retail industry)
