Our client, a leading international private bank is looking for a Head of Private Banking to lead their team in Monaco. The individual would manage, develop and direct a team of relationship managers in enhancing and developing the business of the bank.
Manage a team of relationship managers.
Lead sales strategy in terms of new opportunities for relationship managers.
Identify market prospects and initiate projects that can add value to the sales force and wider business.
Monitor of competitors and market trends to identify business opportunities and incorporating gained information into the sales plan.
Identify areas for development in the team strategy to achieve sales targets and growth.
Provide support to the acquisition and retention of clients.
Maintain and enhance profitability and product management.
Engage with senior stakeholders across the business to develop strategies and planning for sales effectiveness across distinct client segments.
Provide training on sales management or new products when necessary.
Lead or assist in ad hoc projects when necessary.
The preferred candidate will be leading a team of relationship managers within a Private Banking or Wealth Management background. You will be able to demonstrate leadership skills and an excellent understanding of sales management as well as possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with UHNW/HNW clients.
