Position Description This role provides Compliance Officer coverage for Technology functions within APAC Technology & Operations (GT&O). The role requires interactions with global GT&O Compliance Officers / Country Compliance Officers/other FLU Compliance officers as well as the Technology stakeholders in APAC GT&O to ensure that Technology is functioning in a compliant manner day-to-day.
The responsibilities include regulatory change and inventory management, participation in governance and management routines such as APAC T&O Risk Forum, APAC Information Security Council, APAC Business Continuity Council.
The individual will be responsible for compliance risk assessment of technology functions and implementing monitoring and testing routines in APAC Technology.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
At least 8 Years' experience in the financial industry
Functional expertise in Compliance or Risk Management in one or more Technology domains of software development and maintenance, infrastructure operations, information security or data architecture specific to Financial industry.
Management of automation projects in an Operations role can be also be considered.
Experience in implementing technology frameworks such as Software Capability Maturity Model, IT Service Management, COBIT, IT Quality Assurance or Audit roles is desired
