Overview of the role:
Client Service is the central point in of our Investment 2020 strategic plan. It links our clients to our exceptional capabilities and solutions, and helps us achieve profitable revenue growth. Client Onboarding is part of the Client Services team with a specific focus on the onboarding of new clients and supporting current investors in our funds.
The Client Onboarding Senior Analyst provides a high level support for the take on and ongoing service of TWIM fund clients. The individual will act as a first and ongoing point of contact for any operational client service needs. The key objective is to achieve internal and external client satisfaction during the full client lifecycle.
Work closely with the funds' Transfer Agencies to ensure the highest level of client service is achieved and maintained. Escalating issues appropriately when they arise
Respond to incoming client operational queries and ad-hoc requests in a timely and professional manner
Support the redemption trade cycle and client off boarding
Project manage new client onboarding activity including pipeline management
Work alongside SPS supporting the sales process and ensuring that they are kept appraised of all relevant issues relating to the client
Foster and maintain strong working relationships with the operational contacts/transition team clients
Build relationships with other functional areas of the business as required
Deliver and communicate operational excellence to both internal and external clients of TWIM
Build knowledge of the Transfer Agencies procedures and implement internal client service operational processes
Identify areas for process and client service improvements on an ongoing basis and in line with business and product developments
Deliver regular updates to the PM team regarding client transaction intentions to support efficient trading process
Understand and adhere to both TWIM's and the Funds Administrators procedures covering anti financial crime matters, including but not limited to AML and KYC requirements
Previous client services or client operations experience within a financial services environment preferably a fund of funds
Previous experience managing transfer agency relationships
Ability to meet deadlines consistently and to manage workload effectively
A result orientated individual who has a logical and analytical method of working
Awareness of the investment management industry
Strong organisational skills
Strong project management skills
University undergraduate degree
Strong problem solving skills and good attention to detail
Effective oral and written communication skills to ensure that information and knowledge is escalated appropriately
Strong team-player with the ability to fit seamlessly into the wider group of associates all focussed on delivering work of exceptional quality
Experience supporting junior members of the team
Good IT skills (good knowledge of the MS Office package) and use of Excel and advantage
Ability to work in a team to help achieve the goals of the team
