To manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients
Build close partnerships with clients and help their business grow by developing and delivering the best solution for attracting candidates.
Network to build business information that be converted into commercial opportunities
Will have 2 to 6 years of recruitment experience preferably within Banking or Financial Services or will be from industry with a strong business mindset will also be looked at.
Must have strong communication and influencing/sales skills.
Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Must want to work in a high energy, resulted oriented environment.
