A really fantastic opportunity has arisen for a first class, very professional and organised HR Assistant (from a corporate background) to join a brilliant team within top organisation. It is important that you understand data, have worked with databases and have the skills to extract, manipulate and analyse data etc. You will need to be fairly numeric and comfortable with Excel. You will provide great all round support with plenty of guidance and support from HR Managers. Ideally you will have solid experience - 2 years + in an HR capacity. There will be lots of processes and administration so you will need to have exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. You will ensure HR database and personnel files are maintained, organise meetings, travel arrangements, assisting with graduate programme and lots more besides. As stated - prior UK experience as an HR Assistant would be great (1 - 2 years).You will need to be polished, articulate, professional, quietly confident and want to be part of this great HR team.
