Position Summary We are seeking a talented individual who can make an immediate impact as an integral member within the Investor Relations & Business Development team. In this role, the individual will collaborate with various personnel and primarily focus on supporting the creation and maintenance of all marketing collateral and fulfilling investor diligence requests, including RFPs and customized due diligence questionnaires.
Involvement in all stages of the marketing and fundraising cycle from initial concept, PPM and DDQ preparation, presentation and related marketing collateral, investor diligence and closing
Assist in the preparation of key fund documentation and collaborate with senior personnel to create client-specific product proposals for customized managed account prospects
Conduct market analysis and research
Provide timely responses to investor specific data requests
Track and update key investor information and fundraising efforts
Proactively manage ad-hoc projects and support other team members, as needed
Employ quality control checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy
Interact closely with Legal and Compliance teams to confirm that marketing and due diligence materials are accurate and approved in accordance with the most up-to-date policies and procedures
Requirements & Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity or capital markets
Excellent educational background at a world-class institution
Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment
Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail and ability to prioritize
Receptive to constructive criticism and is motivated to achieve extremely high standards of performance
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills and comfortable with financial concepts
Strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to build relationships with professionals across the organization
Strong work ethic and dedication to providing exceptional client service is a must
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses desired or ability to obtain
Location & Application Details The role will be based in the New York City office. The candidate will be integrated into the CVC Credit Partners Investor Relations & Business Development team, which includes professionals based in New York and London. The role may involve travel.
