The team are responsible for delivering post-trade regulatory compliance through execution and oversight of key regulatory processes around Transaction Reporting across OTC Derivative products, in particular looking at remediation of MiFID, EMIR and Dodd Frank reporting, as well as Bank of England, Bank of Israel and Canada reporting.
The chosen candidate will be the lead for a number of key regional reporting requirements, primarily EMIR or MiFID, among others, as well as getting involved in deep dive remediation review.
Manage the day to day processes and controls across a verity of reporting requirements
Assist in the development of processes and controls
Ensuring any breaks are investigated and remediated.
Ensure Ops Risk framework accurately reflects new regulation coming through.
Drive forward the QA agenda.
Facing off to key stakeholders globally, across Risk, Compliance, Legal and Operations.
Strong Regulatory background, ideally in EMIR, MiFID or CFTC.
A good understanding of other reporting obligations, including HKMA, Bank of England reporting, etc.
A solid understanding of OTC Derivatives products is advantageous.
Working knowledge of the Front to Back trade lifecycle.
