Our client is a global independent advisory firm, headquartered in UK. With a good track record in the fund placement as well as a secondary advisory business, they are currently looking to expand its secondary corporate finance advisory team in Singapore in view of the growing deal flows here in Asia.
about the job
Part of the Secondary Advisory and Execution Team based in Singapore, you will be:
Advising Banks and NBFIs in Asia on the restructurings or sales of portfolios of funds and direct investments
Managing the overall transaction process whilst tracking the timeline and working closely with external stakeholders involved in the transaction
Ensure that the transaction progress matches the discussed timeline
Liaising with UK Office and other regional offices on any related matters
Building and developing financial models, valuation analysis, materials and pitchbooks
Participating in required meetings to secure new mandates
Any other duties or projects assigned

Part of a new growing business line of a well-established platform, you will be reporting in to the Head of the Advisory business for the Asia Pacific market. Excellent career development and exposure can be expected with their expanding team and growth strategy for the Singapore team.
skills & experience required
Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Management, Economics or equivalent
Has 5+ years of work experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance Advisory, M&A, alternative investments or big 4 corporate finance accounting firms
Strong technical skills in financial modelling and writing skills
