Act as a key person in conducting name screening check on both prospect and existing clients in client on-boarding team,
Advise FO sales in relating to KYC or client due diligence issue,
Assist in handling client account opening for different Sales Team,
Assist Sales Team to complete regular review on time including but not limited to overdue review,
Support FO Sales in completing specific and designated project,
Assist Sales Team in completing credit check during regular account review,
Maintain proper client record for credit client in different related system,
Handle various administrative issues related to credit risk management including but not limited to setting up meeting with Management,
Assist in other KYC related issues
Minimum 1-2 years hands-on experience in account opening / KYC / client on-boarding, experience with Investment Banking would be an advantage,
Preferably with knowledge &/or experience in credit management or margin monitoring, but not a must,
Basic skills in dealing with client in account opening issue independently.
The job will be on contract basis for half a year.
