Build and maintain a timetable of marketing material to be delivered to discretionary, family office and high net worth clients.
Liaise with Cohesion external fund manager partners to ensure the timely delivery of commentaries, fact sheets, performance numbers, performance attributes, presentation packs on a monthly/quarterly/ad hoc basis.
Run weekly performance numbers via Financial Express Analytics.
Collate and produce analysis on competitor funds on a monthly basis.
Provide relevant stock market information to Business Development Director and Marketing Manager on a regular basis.
Build email templates and issue marketing material via CRM email tool to Cohesion clients in line with agreed timetables on a monthly/quarterly/ad hoc basis.
Liaise with Cohesion compliance team to ensure that all marketing materials issued and compiled in a timely manner.
Support Business Development Director / Marketing Manager on a daily basis by being proactive with any marketing material requests.
Support Business Development Director / Marketing Manager with any client queries/requests.
Website management & liaison.
Minimum 2 years experience in investment management, in a marketing support role.
Education and interest in economics and investment markets is an advantage.
Used to operating in a fast paced and dynamic environment, demonstrates a proactive and pragmatic approach to work.
Advanced in word/excel/powerpoint/mac.
Type: Permanent, full-time Monday to Friday 8.30-6.00pm, first language English and must have right to work in the UK.
Notice period: 6 month probationary period with 1 weeks notice. 4 weeks notice thereafter
