Assist in the formulation of learning strategies in Wealth Management, Personal Banking
Work closely with Department Heads to identify training-needs, define and implement strategic training plans for frontline staff to meet business strategies.
Assist in the promotion and implementation of Competency Model and Wealth Management Academy. .
Work closely with Human Resources - Training & Development Team to define and implement training plans in accordance with business needs within the planned training budgets.
Work jointly with Human Resources to implement on various corporate & talent development initiatives such as Overseas and Mainland Exchange Program for Managerial Staff, Management Trainee Program, Graduated Program, Annual Cross-departmental Attachment Plan, & etc.
Regularly review, refine and evaluate training programs and activities to ensure training effectiveness is met.
Assist in the formulation of annual training budget and work out training plans with Training Centre.
Assist in training project management
Degree holder with major in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics or related discipline
At least 5 years' experience in banking or financial industry, 2 years of which in training related and hands-on strategic planning experience
Strong banking sense and self-motivated with good analytical and project management skills and be able to work independently
Good negotiation, analytical & problem solving skills
Self-motivated, mature, patient and able to work under pressure
Proficiency in common PC applications, such as WORD, Excel & Chinese word-processing
Excellent communications and presentation skills
Good command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written, including Putonghua
