Lead execution of co- and/or direct infrastructure investments for the Group.
Evaluate and source overseas infrastructure investment opportunities.
Supervise/perform valuation and risk analysis, financial modeling and preparation of investment proposals for the Investment Management Committees.
Lead, review and coordinate due diligence, documentation and approval/closing processes, ensuring compliance with Group's policies and priorities.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, lead transaction terms negotiations.
The ideal candidate would be a degree holder from reputable universities with minimum 10 years' work experience, in one or several roles covering M&A, Corporate Finance, PE, LP direct and/or co-investments, in reputable Investment Banks, Accounting Firms, Financial Institutions or Management Consulting Firms.
Industry and transaction expertise in the Energy, Power & Utilities, Transportation and/or TMT sectors would be preferred.
Experience in US, Europe and/or Asia would be an advantage.
Broad deal execution experience across different levels of the capital structure in a variety of transaction structures and geographies.
Good understanding of typical sectoral issues in infrastructure investment.
Strong organizational, communications (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
Strong analytical and modeling skills. Attention to detail.
