You will be a strong influencer and work closely with program managers and business leaders to ensure change management action plans are realized in all business units across the region. This is a critical role giving you exposure and influence over the senior stakeholders within the business.
Implement change management strategies, enabling successful transformation initiatives across change impact assessments, stakeholder management, planning internal and external communications, change risk and issues with appropriate mitigation strategies in place.
Liaise and influence various project and program teams as well as senior business managers to ensure successful outcomes
Ensure that business engagement is attained for transformation initiatives and planned appropriately, taking into account constraints such as budgets, resource availability, capacity of the organization to achieve with the volume / extent of change.
Manage budget & resource, tracking on milestone & deliverables, and identifying risks & issues.
Candidate should be a graduate with professional qualifications You will enjoy managing people and projects, no matter of cultural, technical or other day to day challenges
Expert knowledge of change management principles especially in relation to leading change through people
Significant experience of delivering major transformational change programs
Strong written and communication skills to effectively influence C-levels
Experience within financial services
Salary level - Base: HK$1,400,000 to HK$2,000,000 – Depending on level and experience
