Duties/Responsibilities • Lead cross functional team with responsibility to process daily business volumes in a highly accurate and timely manner. • Ensure overall adherence to daily operating standards concerning compliance with federal and state regulations and internal risk controls. • Work with associates to identify, suggest, and implement areas of improvement to processes and policies. • Identify and lead process improvement initiatives within Wealth Management. • Lead centralization and standardization of operational processes across Wealth Management. • Coach, supervise, and develop direct and indirect reports. • Act as the liaison between the Trust Company and Busey IT group. • Research new software and solutions to increase productivity of Wealth Management. • Lead the integration of new software and solutions with Wealth Management. • Work closely with vendors to ensure high quality service is received and participate in new and ongoing vendor evaluations.
Education • Requires Bachelor’s degree or higher. • Requires 10 or more years of trust or investment operations experience. • Experience with cultivating business relationships and managing multiple priorities preferred. • Requires experience working in a service environment. • Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office.
