The Fixed Income Account manager is responsible for Customer Relationship management.
She/He ensures the follow up of new members on boarding process, the communication of necessary information and initiatives and also the follow up of Members requests. The account manager also supports product implementation of new services. He works in coordination with Ltd account manager team and the Global sales team.
The role will be based in Paris with travel to London.
New member On boarding follow up
Follow up all new prospects enquiry and assist them in the process of joining the services.
Centralize all questions regarding risk, clearing process, membership, and treasury.
Liaise with Legal and membership as part of the approval process
Organise and track new member on boarding process including testing
Customer Relationship Management
Centralize members enquiries on their day to day activity
Gather information from relevant support functions (Ops, Risk, Treasury) and explain them to members
In coordination with the Global Sales and RM Team, manage the relationship with SA Fixed-Income members and assist in enquiries that relate to both SA & Ltd FI services
Assist the existing members with any request to apply to a new service
Communicate Fixed Income information and initiatives to members
Trading platform coordination
Maintain the relationship with electronic platforms and trade providers
Follow up member on boarding and testing with them
Experience and Skills
Commercially focussed with experience of delivering client driven solutions
Sound knowledge on fixed income and clearing business
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
Able to engage with internal and external stakeholders
Previous experience working as a CRM role in a financial industry
Able to adapt to non-BAU tasks quickly and prioritise accordingly
Experience in team working but also ability to undertake direct actions
