An exciting and challenging role as Compliance Officer Products & Investment Services Switzerland located in Zurich Stettbach
A diversified position in which you act as the primary interface to the products & investment service office by supporting and advising on a wide range of compliance relevant matters
Through ad-hoc assessments you ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements as well as internal policies and procedures
You build up a strong network to the Senior Business and Compliance Management by communicate clearly and concisely on complex regulatory and compliance issues
Defining training content and material together with conducting training addressing front employees are additional tasks regarding your area of activity
Beside identifying regulatory or reputational risks and raising as appropriate, you provide help in the development and review of policies.
You will get the chance to actively provide your input and expertise in different projects and within internal working groups

You Offer You offer:
An university degree in an area related to Law or Economics
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Legal, Compliance or Business Risk Management you preferably have gained in a major financial service organization, ideally in the fields of financial products or investment services
A good understanding of banking products and investment services offered by financial service organizations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English are required, any additional language would be an advantage
You have a successful track record of working in a critical control function and operation in a complex environment with management interdependencies
You possess a sense of regulatory matters and hold high ethical and control standards
You show an enthusiastic approach to the role together with attention to detail, well-organized joint-up thinking and flexibility
