About The Role ANZ's Group Surveys team has been established to ensure that we focuses our services on the needs of our customers, both internal and external.
As the Senior Research Consultant, you will be responsible in for conducting market research from end to end, providing consultations with clients, designing content, conducting fieldwork and analysis, and producing reporting with insights that align with customer objectives, while ensuring that all functional units across the organisation are provided with regular customer feedback that is consistent, reliable and actionable. You will provide "centre of excellence" consultations on customer measurement, analysis and reporting, whilst driving stronger connections between service providers and their customers, focussing on quality of output and ensuring data integrity is maintained. You will also play a key role in supporting the team by helping to develop a strong analytical culture based on proven Market Research principles and practices.
About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Detailed understanding of quantitative market research methodologies (multivariate analysis, conjoint, statistical testing) and how to apply them
Market Research agency experience, preferably as a Research Manager or Consultant
High level of relationship building and stakeholder management skills
Ability to influence senior management both in terms of the need for research, as wells as the application of its findings
Ability to operate remotely (manager based interstate) and be self-motivated
Bachelor's degree with a focus on statistics
