This dynamic and market leading organization is an Australian based success story which was acquired by an international private equity player some years ago and is going from strength to strength. Its growth trajectory is steep and will be both organic and inorganic. The corporate development team is of a top tier calibre and seeks an analyst to replace a high performing individual who is moving overseas.
The role will utilize advanced financial modelling skills to provide support to the company and its business units for business planning/growth initiatives, input into evaluation of capital expenditure projects, scenario analysis for strategic planning and market and competitor analysis. The role will seek to enhance decision making and the achievement of business goals and targets. This role will work closely with the Group Manager and have exposure to the CFO and senior GMs within the business operations.
You will ideally have 1-3 years of experience and come from an investment bank, corporate finance team of a Big 4 accounting firm, a private equity fund, consulting firm, equities research desk or another corporate. You must have excellent academics and first rate excel and financial modelling skills. You will be a self-starter and have an outgoing and confident style of presentation. This role will be diverse and throw you in the deep end in many ways so you will need to be flexible and unflappable in brand new environments and with senior members of the business.
