The purpose of the Client Services Manager is to develop direct relationships with clients as well as providing sales and client servicing support to the distribution teams.
The role is in our London based Client Services team.
Build direct relationships with our clients and work to proactively provide a superior client service experience
Work with the distribution teams to support sales and client service efforts.
Work with the operational teams to ensure smooth delivery of client operational requirements
Take ownership of the client take on process working alongside the relevant teams to assist with negotiation and implementation of the investment management agreements and Standard Legal Agreements, where applicable
Provide a comprehensive support function to ensure the sales teams' time is spent most efficiently with clients and prospects
Build internal relationships within OMGI
Responsibility for Territory CRM maintenance

Strong communication, numeracy and literacy skills normally associated with the level obtained by successfully completing a higher education qualification.

Extensive and relevant experience in Financial Services – has operated at a relevant level within the Financial Services Industry.
Extensive and relevant experience in Sales Support / Client Services
Experience working in a client service role within the asset management industry.
